Really Frusterated

I'm just going to throw this out...Ever since Lee joined, I've noticed a lot of SPAM around the forums and I just can't take it going in to see spam. Yes, I have spammed in the past, but this is the last straw. I just hate logging on expecting decent and new posts when all I get is spam that has under 10 words saying Thanks or Congratulations and stuff like that eventually leaving the topic. I'm not blaming Lee for this, but it's just that I know how posting can be exciting, but there's a limit. I'm thinking of infractions if I see this being repeated over and over again.....

And I can't agree more. I hate spam too, but soemtimes it's necessary, especially in an inactive forum like this.

I haven't noticed an increasing amount of spam. Saying "congratulations" is not spam. Spam stands for Stupid Pointless Annoying Post. In other words, something that is completely irrelevent.

I've spammed in the past but I don't do it anymore. Who cares if people are only saying a few words, Dan. It's not anyone's fault. Just ignore it, it's not exactly SPAM anyway.

A) get off topic and stay off topic
B) use like 2 or 3 words per post...
