There is a guy at a farm. He sees some ducks. He saw 2 ducks to the left of one duck. 2 ducks to the right of one duck. And 1 duck with another duck on each side of it. How many ducks are there in all?

8 ducks?

here's the next riddle:

You are walking through a field, and you find something to eat. It doesn't have bones, and it doesn't have meat. You pick it up and put it into your pocket. You take it home and put it on a shelf, but 3 day's later it walks away. What is it?

It's weird how it walks away but hopefully someone will figure it out...

There was a nightwatchman. He was on duty once, then his boss came along. He said to the watchman 'I'm going on a holiday to Fiji'. The watchman then said to his boss 'No, sir, you can't! I have these visions at night when I fall asleep, and I had one where it showed a plane going to Fiji crashing and no survivors!'
The boss took his advice and didn't go. The next day, the flight going to Fiji crashed and no survivors were found. The man's boss goes to him and thanks him greatly, but then says at the end 'Thank you so much, but you're fired.'
Why is the man fired?

Anyway, since this is my riddle game I'll post one as well so people can work out both:
There are 20 people in an empty, square room. Each person has full sight of the entire room and everyone in it without turning his head or body, or moving in any way (other than the eyes). Where can you place an apple so that all but one person can see it?

No idea what Shadow's is.
